About Katie Fucci

Born in New York and raised in the small town of Wewahitchka, Florida, I learned early on the value of hard work, Southern hospitality, and treating people the way you want to be treated. After graduating from Florida State University, I moved to the Emerald Coast and began my career in property management along Scenic Highway 30A, where I developed a deep appreciation for our coastal communities and discovered my passion for real estate.

Today, I’m proud to help buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Panama City Beach, 30A, and the Emerald Coast. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, searching for your dream beach house, or growing your investment portfolio, my goal is to make the process as seamless as possible while always putting your best interests first.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me on the water with my husband and our two daughters. Whether we’re boating, tubing, spending the day at the beach, or exploring all the Emerald Coast has to offer, there’s nowhere I’d rather be. Living here has given my family so many incredible memories, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping others find a place to call home here too.
