About Ashton Wellborn

Ashton Wellborn is a Panama City native with deep roots along the Emerald Coast and a lifelong connection to real estate. With multiple generations of her family involved in residential, commercial, and brokerage work throughout Bay County, Ashton developed an early passion for property, construction, and investment strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Barry University, bringing a strong foundation in communication, problem solving, and client care to her real estate career.

Before becoming licensed, Ashton managed a 154 unit residential rental portfolio in Callaway, where she gained valuable hands-on experience in timelines, negotiations, maintenance oversight, and high level organization. Today, she is known for her detail driven approach, direct communication style, and commitment to creating a highly personalized client experience. Whether assisting buyers or sellers, Ashton’s goal is to deliver a smooth, strategic process while helping clients make confident decisions along the Emerald Coast.
