About Alyssa Kellum

Alyssa is a native of Panama City, FL, spent her formative years in a community closely linked to the United States Air Force, thanks to her parents' service at Tyndall AFB. She is currently studying at Florida State University in the Commercial Entrepreneurship program with a prior degree in architecture from GCSC. Alyssa has been in the service industry since she was 16 years old and with her prior service industry background she knows the importance of taking initiative, listening to clients, and the value of strong relationships. With her passion and love for all things design she decided to join the real estate community in hopes of helping others pursue their goals and visions in real estate. Alyssa specializes in architectural design, commercial properties and has extensive knowledge in the Inlet beach and Rosemary area. One thing that she lives by is the art to “never stop learning”.
